Landscape Maintenance: Pruning Experts needed IMMEDIATELY with BONUS PAY! (South Austin)
We want YOU to be a valuable member of our TEAM! We need full-time experienced members to lead a pruning/cleanup/landscaping crew. We do a lot of pruning, mulching and clean up for our clients and need someone who has the experience and knowledge to immediately begin running a crew. We offer great opportunities for future advancement! We pay OVERTIME and you will receive one week of PAID VACATION each year!
You MUST meet the following criteria to even be considered for the position:
• Multiple years working as a Crew Leader.
• You must have knowledge of the different types of plants and trees and how they should be pruned.
• Be able to safely and efficiently operate gas pruners, pole saws, chainsaws and other tools.
• Know the correct way to plant plants, install river rock/mulch and other landscaping tasks.
• Communicate well, organize your crew members and pay attention to details.
• Be able to work quickly and efficiently.
• Have a valid Texas Driver's License and clean driving record.
• Be able to work legally in the United States.
• Being able to communicate in English and Spanish is beneficial but not required.
• Be able to work hard in 100+ degree heat and full sun.
• Be able to drive a truck and trailer.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work.
